I don't have it all figured out, but that's never stopped me from sharing my passion with the world.

And can we talk about how I met 3 men at SXSW building a business in menopause? When I asked if they consulted a physician or woman and they said no? it made me more inspired.

You will not find me endorsing anything that I wouldn’t if I still wore a white coat and talked to you as your pharmacist.

I wanted to make it easy for women that feel like crap, to know that my events are a place to release stress and leave lighter.

I've spent over 20 years as a pharmacist, entrepreneur, event producer- and it lead me to be a certified life and business coach. I've been building communities and hosting experiences for women since 2018, long before perimenopause entered the chat.

I know what it's like to be ambitious, overwhelmed, raising kids, navigating hormones, and still having a million ideas you want to bring into this world.

And I refuse to believe our best contributions are behind us.

That's why I started Club Peridise in August 2025. And as someone who has lost 2 friends who lived til 45 years old, I am here to remind you who TF you are. ot to create another space where you have to prove you're successful, connected, or important enough to belong.

I want women to leave our conversations more informed and more connected.

I want you to leave with a new friend, a new perspective, the courage to try something, or the reminder that you still have so much to give.

Because Club Peridise isn't about surviving menopause.

It's about making sure we don't lose brilliant women, brilliant ideas, and extraordinary second acts because nobody made room for us.

I'm not here to build another audience to sell to.

I'm here to build a community of women who pull each other forward.

I'm here for the matriarchy.

The mantra I made up that I use everyday…

If I’m not flowing,

If I’m not growing,

If I’m not glowing,

I'm not going.

In 2017, I lost seven loved ones.

It woke me up. It changed how I see time—and how I live.


Time wasn’t something to manage anymore—it was something to honor.

I had already left my role as a Pharmacy Manager when this storm happened.
I was building different businesses.

I already had the audacity to believe I could monetize ideas I had.

But… that season cracked something open.

I started bringing moms together.
Talking about the hard stuff—mom guilt, identity, what we actually want.

Then perimenopause hit and I got myself back (thank you, HRT). **always consult with a menopause specialist if its right for you
And I felt like myself again.

Clear. Energized. Ready.

That’s when I saw it:

A club where women (not just moms, and not just entrepreneurs) don’t just talk about what’s next—
we actually move on it.

We are building a life that feels like paradise.

I spent over a decade in corporate management with a mixed experience in leading large teams and managing multiple pharmacies in a male dominated space. I co-directed a nonprofit for children with developmental disabilities and my heart has always been towards mission based endeavors.

I've coached 1,000+ women that were new or seasoned entrepreneurs since 2019 with my company Avenue Mama, was where I hosted events and retreats because diverse voices were missing— which is what I’ll continue with Club Peridise.
