Who We Are For Club Peridise is designed for women navigating midlife — perimenopause, menopause, and the reinvention that follows. This is your soft place to land and your launchpad for what comes next. This space honors diversity, inclusion, and strives to share evidence based resources.
What we are asking for as your first step Within 30 days of joining, you’ll post a video in the Introductions space (even 10 seconds is fine). This is a community of action takers and your video is your first action. Members who do not post within 30 days may be removed to keep space open for women willing to do this step. This video remains inside our private portal.
Inactivity Policy Club Peridise Free Lounge is a living, breathing community and we protect that energy intentionally. Accounts with no activity for 3 consecutive months will be removed. This is not a punishment — it is how we keep this space alive for the women who are actively showing up. You are always welcome to rejoin.
Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech or Bigotry Club Peridise is a diverse and inclusive space. Racism, hate speech, bigotry, or discrimination of any kind toward any person, background, identity, or belief will result in immediate and permanent removal. No warnings. No exceptions.
No Unsolicited DMs - Members can report to us at glow@clubperidise.com if they’v been pitched or recruited and you’ll be removed if you don’t respect this rule.
Promotional Content Has One Home There is a monthly dedicated post for sharing what you offer. That is the only place promotional content belongs. Posts promoting outside of that space will be removed without notice.

No Medical Advice You are welcome to share your personal experience. You are not permitted to diagnose, prescribe, or direct other members on medical decisions. Always encourage each other to work with qualified healthcare providers. Club Peridise is a community and peers.
Confidentiality What is shared inside Club Peridise stays inside Club Peridise. Screenshots, sharing, or reposting of another member's personal stories, images, or content outside the community without their explicit permission is not allowed. We strive to be safe space and we protect that without apology.
Report What Doesn't Belong If you witness behavior that damages the integrity of this space — a harmful post, an unwanted pitch, anything that makes you or another member feel unsafe or disrespected — please report it immediately.
Treat This Club Like You Own It Show up for other women the way you want them to show up for you. Protect this space the way you want it protected for you. Pour into it the way you hope others pour into you. That energy is what makes Club Peridise different from every other community you have ever joined.
Membership Can Be Revoked at Any Time The Club Peridise team reserves the right to remove any member at any time for any behavior that compromises the safety, integrity, or culture of this community.
Moderation & Support
This space is actively moderated by the Club Peridise team. We review reports, monitor the community, and act on violations. Annie's presence inside the lounge is organic and not scheduled.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we want you to know exactly how we handle your information.
What we collect: When you claim your membership you will complete a short intake questionnaire. This collects information about where you are in your hormonal journey, your current symptoms, your quality of life, and basic demographic information to help us understand and serve this community better.
How we use it: Your intake data is used to shape Club Peridise programming, identify the needs of our community, and over time build an anonymized picture of how midlife women are navigating this transition. We may share aggregated, anonymized community data — meaning no individual is ever identified — in future research, media, or partnership contexts.
What we never do: We will never sell your personal information. We will never share your individual responses with third parties.
Check-ins: Periodically, we’ll send a short survey to our community. This is not spam — it is how we track the collective transformation happening inside this space. Your participation is encouraged but never required.
Your right to be forgotten: If you leave Club Peridise and wish to have your intake data removed from our records simply email us at glow@clubperidise.com and we will take care of it promptly.

Club Peridise Policy
Inclusivity & Community Conduct
Club Peridise is an inclusive space welcoming women and allies of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, bullying, or hate speech of any kind.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these values—without refund—to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
Event Participation & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket or attending any Club Peridise event (hosted by Annie Vovan, LLC or partners), you agree to participate at your own risk.
You understand that attendance may include exposure to physical activities, food or beverage consumption, or travel to/from event venues.
You understand that you will receive the Club Peridise newsletter that you can opt out and unsubscribe from at any time.
Annie Vovan, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for illness, injury, allergic reaction, or other harm (including, in rare cases, serious injury or death) resulting from participation.
Refunds & Ticket Transfers
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event via glow@clubperidise.com
Please include the new attendee’s full name and email.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or credit toward a future experience.
Media Release & Photography Consent
Events may be photographed or recorded for marketing, educational, or community-sharing purposes.
By attending, you grant Annie Vovan, LLC and event partners permission to use your image and likeness in photos, videos, and other media across platforms (website, social media, advertising, etc.).
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our team in writing before the event.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
Annie Vovan is a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and not in currently in clinical practice. She is an ICF Certified Life, Business and Executive Coach; however, she is not your personal healthcare provider.
Any health-related discussions or resources shared through Club Peridise events, coaching, or materials are for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
