Club Peridise is operated by Annie Vovan, LLC (“Club Peridise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Club Peridise websites, communities, events, programs, coaching services, memberships, and other offerings.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for or participating in a Club Peridise event or program, joining a Club Peridise community, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT CLUB PERIDISE

Club Peridise creates community, events, experiences, resources, and programs.

Our offerings may include social events, community gatherings, educational conversations, entrepreneurship and reinvention programs, coaching, travel or destination experiences, and discussions related to perimenopause, menopause, and midlife.

Club Peridise is not a healthcare provider.

2. MEDICAL & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Some Club Peridise events, content, speakers, or resources may discuss health, wellness, perimenopause, menopause, or related topics.

This information is provided for general educational purposes only and is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Speakers, healthcare professionals, sponsors, guests, and community members may express their own opinions and recommendations. Their participation does not mean Club Peridise or Annie Vovan, LLC endorses any particular provider, treatment, medication, supplement, product, or medical approach.

Always speak with your own qualified healthcare professional, including your menopause specialist when appropriate, about your individual health and treatment.

3. EVENTS & TICKETS

Unless otherwise stated on an event page, Club Peridise event tickets are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend an event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person before the event. Transfer requests are subject to any restrictions stated on the applicable event page.

Event details including dates, times, locations, programming, performers, speakers, activities, food and beverage offerings, and schedules may change.

If Club Peridise cancels an event, we will communicate the options available to registered attendees, which may include a refund, credit, rescheduled event, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

Club Peridise is not responsible for personal travel, lodging, transportation, childcare, or other expenses incurred in connection with an event unless expressly stated otherwise.

Hotel accommodations, transportation, restaurants, and other third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and cancellation policies.

4. PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Some Club Peridise experiences may include walking, dancing, exercise, games, travel, food and beverage consumption, or other recreational activities.

Participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you and for seeking professional guidance when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Peridise and Annie Vovan, LLC are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from risks inherent in voluntary participation in Club Peridise activities, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

5. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Club Peridise is intended to be welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and supportive.

Participants agree to treat other members, attendees, guests, speakers, performers, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and partners respectfully.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, unwanted solicitation, or conduct that significantly interferes with another person's experience may result in removal from an event, program, or community without refund.

We may establish additional guidelines for individual Club Peridise communities, programs, or events.

6. SALES, SOLICITATION & MLM POLICY

Unless specifically authorized by Club Peridise, participants may not use our communities, directories, events, member information, or communication channels for unsolicited mass marketing, recruiting, or solicitation.

Multi-level marketing (MLM) recruiting, unsolicited supplement sales, and similar promotional activity are not permitted within Club Peridise community spaces.

Approved sponsors and partners may participate in promotional activities specifically authorized as part of their partnership.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Club Peridise events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Event photography and video may be used to document and promote Club Peridise through our website, social media, email, event materials, press, and other Club Peridise communications.

If you prefer not to be individually photographed or featured, please notify Club Peridise or event staff. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

Because some events take place in group settings, incidental appearance in wide-angle or crowd photography may not always be avoidable.

8. SPONSORS, PARTNERS & THIRD PARTIES

Club Peridise may work with sponsors, venues, speakers, performers, healthcare professionals, creators, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other partners.

Participation or sponsorship does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Club Peridise.

Unless expressly disclosed to you based on every ticket , Club Peridise does not provide your personal contact information to sponsors or partners for their independent marketing purposes simply because you attended one of our events.

Third-party products, services, websites, accommodations, offers, and transactions are subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy practices.

9. COMMUNITY DIRECTORY

Club Peridise may maintain a directory featuring participating businesses, sponsors, partners, members, or community resources.

Information submitted specifically for inclusion in a public directory may be publicly displayed.

Inclusion in the Club Peridise directory does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation by Club Peridise.

10. COACHING & BUSINESS PROGRAMS

Coaching, mastermind, entrepreneurship, business, or professional-development programs provided through Club Peridise or Annie Vovan, LLC are educational and supportive in nature.

We do not guarantee particular financial, business, career, personal, or other outcomes.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Nothing provided through these programs constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, Club Peridise branding, original written materials, program materials, downloadable resources, graphics, and other original Club Peridise content are owned by Annie Vovan, LLC or used with permission.

Materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Annie Vovan, LLC and Club Peridise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our community, attendance at events, or use of our programs or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. PRIVACY

Your use of Club Peridise is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at clubperidise.com/privacy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use and protect it.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as Club Peridise evolves.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and provide additional notice when appropriate.
