I offer virtual Q&A sessions with me that are free just like if you met me at the thrift store or pick up line at school. It’s not recorded so you have privacy. It’s hard to navigate the system. I don’t have a hidden agenda. I’m literally a pharmacist turned Coach since 2019, with a passion for meaningful retreats and events and programs that you can opt in if it makes sense to you.

Where to start if you are looking for a Menopause Specialist-
I tell women that their provider they’ve seen forever may not be the one that will care for their menopause care. There is a lot of explanation why providers are not all up to date on menopause care and until that happens, you can go here. ***I believe every women deserves to know her risks and benefits of hormonal replacement therapy which require a prescription and make an informed decision. The vast majority of women can benefit. Lifestyle changes are absolutely important. Do you have to take prescription HRT? No. You can find great resources under the Menopause Society as a start and my toolkit has other free resources.
Inside our community that is currently free, I have a googlesheet to collect which doctors/providers are recommended. We get to lean on each other.
